Polishing wheel preparation
After attaching and clamping the polishing disc, it must be evened out, eventually brushed out with a wire brush brush. This operation is carried out even during the working process. Disc shall not exhibit vibration or coating of accumulated polishing compound.
How to recognize poor quality discs?
- they are not certified for specific use
- the composition and used materials do not provide thermal resistance
- inappropriate design threatens with easy disc rupture
