Sisal POLISHING wheels
Discs are suitable for brushing and fine prepolishing. Brushing with rotating disc made of natural fibers using abrasive compound is the process of preparing components intended for primary galvanizing and prepolishing.
Cotton POLISHING wheels
We manufacture cotton polishing wheels from various types of fabric, which allows us to modify significantly their technical properties and to extend the scope of polished materials.
COTTON, WOOL AND PLASTIC PADS
Can be used to remove residual impurities and emulsions when rolling steel sheets and various profiles. Can also be used in the manufacture of galvanized and ungalvanized cold rolled strip steel, eventually for its surface treatment - brushing, polishing.
FOLDED AND PLEATED POLISHING wheels
The design of these discs enables effectively regulate disc cooling. Thanks to this feature are folded and pleated polishing wheels used for polishing temperature-sensitive surfaces such as plastics, resinous varnishes and thermoplastics.
LAYERED SANDPAPER WHEELS - PROFI
These discs are characteristic by features of formerly used felt wheels with the abrasive glued on. These are manufactured from layers of sandpaper discs, where a higher number indicates a finer grit. These grinding wheels are designed primarily for semi-automatic grinding machines, but also for common free hand grinding grinders.

Bonded fiber wheels (brushes)
Bonded polishing wheels are made of cardboard core and natural fibers. These discs are intended primarily for polishing metals.
Felt discs and boards
Felt wheels are used for grinding with glued-on abrasives, polishing and surface and circumference compound polishing or as support or guide wheels for abrasive belts.
Scotch-Brite Unitized Wheels
The material of this grinding shank tool is made of compressed non-woven textile and synthetic resin with grinding grains.
Polishing and grinding COMPOUNDS
These are a mixture of various abrasives dispersed in solid grease basis. All types are classified as safe according to valid chemical laws. They are non-toxic and virtually non-irritating. Unprocessed compounds and their packaging do not need to be disposed of as hazardous waste.

POLISHING CYLINDERS FOR FLEX AND FEIN GRINDERS
The cylinders are used for surface grinding, polishing and matting using hand-operated tools by Flex, Fein a Makita. Sets of polishing cylinders are made in plenty of modifications suitable for grinding, matting and polishing of every surface.
