Reparation and renovation
of polycarbonate and plastic headlights

Does it seem to you that the headlight of your vehicle is not shining sufficiently? There is an easy solution - buy a set for renovation of polycarbonate and plastic headlights and the headlights will shine as brightly as new.

The set contains:

  • 1 piece - sandpaper sheet grit grain 1500
  • 1 piece - sandpaper sheet grit grain 2000
  • 1 piece - pre-polishing disc Damask Ø150 mm x thickness 25 mm x mount hub 8 mm
  • 0,5 kg - pre-polishing compound BRILL PLEX (yellow-brown)
  • 1 piece - polishing wheel for high gloss Raised Molino Ø150 mm x thickness 25 mm x mount hub 8 mm
  • 0,5 kg - polishing compound for high-gloss RES BRILL 70 (white)

Instructions for use:

  1. First, remove the rough damage of the surface by hand or mechanically in water using sandpaper of 1000, 1500, 2000 grit grain.
  2. Next, polish it with Brill Plex compound using polishing disc Damask.
  3. Finally, polish it to reach high gloss using Res Brill 70 compound and polishing wheel Raised Molino.

Warning!
The revolution speed of the polishing disc must not be too high. We recommend 1500 - 2000 rev. per 1 min for the Ø150 mm.
