Sisal polishing discs
Discs are suitable for brushing and fine prepolishing. Brushing with rotating disc made of natural fibers using abrasive compound is the process of preparing components intended for primary galvanizing and prepolishing. Brushing above all evens out the surface of the complex shapes and removes the oxides produced by grinding and surface oxidation.
- Composition: sisal fabric combined with cotton
- Material: 100% sisal,
- Use: prepolishing, brushing - it is recommended to use GAMA 76 or UNIPOL 320 compound
- Diameter: 80 mm to 1000 mm
- Thickness: 15 mm to 25 mm (if thicker wheel is needed, two or more disks can be joined together)
- Arbor diameter: according to customer's requirements
